Out of sight of traffic police, but not of cameras: 321,000 violations recorded in Ho Chi Minh City

The absence of traffic police officers on the streets does not mean drivers can run red lights, drive against traffic or ride on sidewalks without consequences as more than 321,000 traffic violations were detected in Ho Chi Minh City in just 10 months through surveillance cameras.
