120-meter-deep, 2-hectare-wide sinkhole in Vietnam’s Phong Nha - Ke Bang publicly announced

A sinkhole with an opening nearly two hectares wide and a depth of 120 meters, surveyed in 2025, has now been publicly announced in Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park in central Vietnam, with millions of snail shells found at the bottom, according to Jungle Boss, a Vietnamese adventure tour company involved in the survey.
